Announcing the new Datavyu v1.3.6 with enhanced features and transcription support!

I have been using OpenSHAPA in my Mac lab with minimal problems. I have a couple of students who own PCs who would like to be able to code using OpenSHAPA from home. Neither of them has been able to get OpenSHAPA to work on their computers. They can download the app from the website and can see the icon. One can open the program, use the controls, but not edit and the other can not even open the program, even after going through the user guide to installation (both are using Dells, one with XP, one with 7 and XP). The files that they are trying to work with do work on my Macs.Do you have any other suggestions aside from what is on the User Guide?

A common cause for many problems with OpenSHAPA on MS Windows is that the current version of OpenSHAPA (1.07) requires an older version Java1.5, many new windows computers come with Java1.6 and this causes a few problems with OpenSHAPA.
