I want to create a cell in another column that has the same onset as an existing cell.

To do this select the cell or cells you whose timestamps you wish to copy. The variable you wish to copy the timestamps in to must be either directly to the right or left of the variable you're copying the cell timestamps from. Go to the Spreadsheet menu and select either New Cell to Right or New Cell to Left depending on which variable you wish to copy those cell timestamps in to.
