Announcing the new Datavyu v1.3.6 with enhanced features and transcription support!

The most recent snapshot (v:1.12 b:20120601) seems to show cells and variable names if I start from scratch, but when opening files saved from the build on the main site (v:1.11 b:20101220) I'm stuck with a blank database whether opening a .csv or .opf version of my file. Is there a specific version of Java that is required, or some other requirements for these newer versions? I am not also able to resave the files using the resave ruby script since the scripting environment doesn't show anything either (the same script with the previous version of OpenSHAPA).

My other alternative is to try and create a script to split an entire database into individual variables and split those variables further because I have variables that extend beyond 700 cells.

We are currently switching to a new internal database - it sounds like loading older files is still a little broken. Could attach a copy of the file you can't load and we will look into it.
