Hi! Does anyone know if it is possible to subdivide audio files into segments? My colleagues and I are interested in subdividing our files into 15-s interval segments so that our raters can play each segment separately for coding purposes. Any information or suggestions on how to do this would be much appreciated!

You can put in cells that are 15s each with a script, and then use the "Snap Region" function to only code within each 15s so raters don't overlap. There is a button for it in the data controller (you need to show tracks), but it's much handier to use these shortcuts: ctrl-plus to snap to a region, ctrl-minus to unlock). If that sounds like something you want to do, I can send you a sample script for that.

Yes, it sounds like your script would be very helpful to us. We would really appreciate it if you could send it!
