I need to code looks left, right, center during trials. I need the start/stop for each trial as well as the start/stop for each look. There can be several looks within a single trials.

How can I get a single "cell" within a column to nest looks (with times) within a trial (also with start/stop)?

I appreciate any advice / guidance, as my trial-and-error approach has not been as productive as I had hoped. Thank you!

It sounds like you want to create two columns: one for the trial to hold trial-level information (e.g. onset, offset, trial number) and one for the looks to hold the direction and timing information for each look within a trial cell.

You can use weak-temporal-alignment from the menu bar (Spreadsheet-Temporal Alignment) to switch the view of the spreadsheet to reflect the nesting of cells across columns. The size of the trial cells will adjust so that the cells in the "looks" column appear encapsulated within the trial cells.

Let me know if this is helpful / what you were looking for.
