Announcing the new Datavyu v1.3.6 with enhanced features and transcription support!

Hello,

I use Datavyu 1.3.4 on a Mac OSX. Today while trying to add data I got the following error message: "Non-Java exception raised, not handled! (Original problem: ***-[__NSArrayM objectAtIndex:]: index 1 beyond bounds [0 .. 0])" The last time I coded on this computer was last Friday (7/8) and I had no problems. No changes have been made to the computer since that time. Any suggestions on what could be the problem?

Thank you

Is the video type the exact same for files you coded last week and files you coded this time?

Did you try shutting down your computer and restarting it?

It's strange that a problem like this should arise if nothing in your workflow and on your computer changed.

Nothing in my workflow or computer has changed. I ended up deleting Datavyu off of my computer and re-downloading it and it seems to work now.

Re-downloading Datavyu turned out to only be a temporary solution. Now once again I am getting the same error message when trying to play the video from my desktop. I ended up deleting the video and redownloading the video from Databrary and that seems to have worked. But all of these seem like temporary solutions.

We definitely don't want you to have just temporary solutions. I'm discussing the error with our main developer.
