Hello, I am trying to use datavyu for the first time. When I try to add data, I am getting the "quicktime java libraries are not found. you must install these libraries to load videos using quicktime" error message. I am using a Mac and just installed El Capitan, processor is 3.1 Ghz. I have quicktime player 10 already on computer, but also downloaded quicktime 7 in case that would fix the error. I found instructions for enabling java libraries in quicktime on a Windows based computer (and used this to get the program working on my Dell). Please let me know what I need to do, or if you need more information to help. Thank you!

What version of Datavyu are you trying to download? Please use the 1.3.4 release version for all Mac computers that are upgraded to Yosemite or El Cap. You should not have to custom install QuickTime for Mac computers.
