We have downloaded the current development release of Datavyu (v.1.3.4) and have been using it successfully for months on our Mac desktop (OS X Yosemite) to code gesture for .mov videos. In the last couple of weeks, Datavyu has crashed multiple times during coding, and then it refuses to open the coding file in progress (or any other previously-coded files).

Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions on how to resolve it? We have tried restarting the computer, uninstalling & reinstalling Datavyu, etc...

It might be that your computer is struggling to support Datavyu. Is anything about your workflow different? Do you have multiple programs open along with Datavyu? Are you playing multiple videos at one time in Datavyu? Both of these things might make Datavyu close if it's to much for your computer to handle.
