Improve Datavyu
Fill out this short survey about video data collection and coding practices! We appreciate your help!
What to include in your posted question:
What type of computer you are using (PC or Mac)
The computer’s operating system (e.g., Windows 7 or Mac OS 10.10 Yosemite)
The video plug-in you are using (e.g., VLC, QuickTime, or QTkit)
The version of Datavyu you are using (e.g., 1.2.2 or 1.3.4)
This will help us help you.
How support works:
Search to see if someone has already asked your question.
Found someone who has already asked your question? Use the thumb button to up vote the question to make it easier for the next person to find.
Can't find anyone who has asked your question? Create a new question by pressing the 'ask a question' button in the top right. Put in as much detail as you can. Include a sample file if possible and any scripting details.
Help others! Can answer somebodies question, or is the existing answers out of date or just wrong? Create a new answer and put in as much detail as you can, including step by step instructions.
Has someone answered a question you asked? Use the tick answer next to the answer to mark it as correct. This makes it easier for other people to find the answers to similar problems.
Don't create answers thanking people. Use voting and ticks to thank people instead. This increases their 'reputation' or 'karma' (the number next to your name when you sign in). It also makes helpful questions and answers much easier for other people to find.
